This luxury cottage for 2 forms one half of this fantastic barn conversion and adjoins Rusby Barn.  It sits in open rural countryside with stunning views to the North Pennines and the Lake District.

The cottage has underfloor heating throughout and comprises:

 

  • Dining/lounge with kirkstone flagged floor, flat screen TV, DVD player and wood burning stove (starter pack of wood provided)
  • Kitchen with granite work surfaces, electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hoover, and cleaning materials
  • First floor: Double bedroom with amazing views from two sides - double bed, flat screen tv, and hairdryer
  • First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin, and WC 
  • All electric, bed linen, and towels included 
  • Cot and highchair available
  • Parking for 1 car
