22nd February 2021
On the 22nd February 2021, the Government set out their four-step plan to release England from lockdown.
As part of step two of the plan, self-catering accommodation in England will hopefully be able to reopen from Monday the 12th April 2021, subject to the Government's four easing tests being met.
We're therefore pleased to confirm that we are now taking bookings for Corn Rigg Cottage and Rusby Barn from the 12th April 2021.
If you have booked a holiday and are not able to stay as a result of any changes or extensions to the planned easing of the current lockdown, we will offer you the opportunity to either rearrange your holiday to an alternative date, or to receive a full refund. This also applies in the case of any future lockdowns, should these occur.
We understand that you may also have concerns about staying in holiday accommodation as a result of the pandemic, but we have put a great deal of effort into ensuring the safety of all of our guests during their stay. In March 2020 we undertook a comprehensive COVID-19 Risk Assessment, and we clean the cottages ourselves, and follow stringent procedures to ensure that the cottages are cleaned and sanitised thoroughly during every changeover.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming guests back to our cottages soon, and we hope that you all keep safe and well.
