Rusby Barn - sleeps 4

Rusby Barn, a 2017 double Gold Award winner*, is the larger of the two luxury cottages and adjoins Corn Rigg Cottage.  The cottage also has stunning views towards the Lake District and the North Pennines.
 
Rusby Barn benefits from underfloor heating throughout and comprises:

 

  • Open plan dining/lounge with kirkstone flagged floor, flat screen TV, DVD player, wood burning stove (starter pack of wood provided) and magnificent rural views through the ‘barn door' window 

  • Kitchen with granite work surfaces, electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cleaning materials

  • Utility room - ideal drying area with washing machine, iron/ironing board, hoover, and separate downstairs WC 

  • First floor: Master double bedroom with amazing views from three sides - super king size bed, flat screen TV with built-in DVD player, hairdryer, and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC  

  • First floor: Double bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV, hairdryer, and en-suite shower room with double hand basin and WC 

  • All electric, bed linen and towels included 

  • Cot and high chair available 

  • Parking for 2 cars 

  • Outdoor seating with fabulous views

This cottage can be rented separately for 4 people, or together with Corn Rigg Cottage to sleep 6.
